Mr. Steve (Qing) Zuo has experience in the structural design, investigation and review of a variety of building types, including office/commercial, residential, sports/entertainment and healthcare facilities. He has considerable experience in contract negotiation, day-to-day management of all structural design aspects of a project with the architect, coordination of structural drawings with members of the project team and supervising project engineering design staff. Steve is also well versed in conducting structural investigations of existing and proposed structures.

Steve has been involved in the design of a number of high-profile projects in China over the past several years, including Shanghai Tower in Shanghai, Ping An International Financial Center in Shenzhen, and the Shangri-La Hotel in Shenzhen. He also worked on a broad range of U.S. and international projects, such as Taipei 101 in Taipei, Taiwan, PETCO Park in San Diego, Calif., CBX Towers in Paris, France and BahaMar Resort in New Providence, Bahamas.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Hunan University in Changsha, China and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. He is a registered professional engineer in Ohio.
