Misam Imam has more than seven years of experience in structural analysis and design of both concrete and steel structures for commercial high-rise buildings, institutional and industrial complexes. His project credits include hospitals and specialized care facilities, such as a catheterization lab and a neonatal care unit; design and rehabilitation of rail and marine transportation facilities; design of convention centers; and renovation and restoration of landmark commercial and residential structures. His Indian portfolio includes Rivali Park, a mixed-use residential, retail and performing arts development in Mumbai, Kingfisher Towers in Bangalore, and peer review of India Bulls Green, a township development on the outskirts of Mumbai. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in civil engineering from Colorado State University, Fort Collins.
