Udom Hungspruke
Principal
A native of Thailand, Mr. Udom Hungspruke is responsible for managing Thornton Tomasetti projects in Southeast Asia. He is fluent in Southern Thai, Central Thai and Filipino. Udom’s design experience with materials such as structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, precast and masonry, allows him to direct the design of various project types. Udom is responsible for managing major projects, such as high-rise buildings, hotels, industrial buildings, schools, airport structures, casinos and hospitals.
His award-winning projects include the United Airlines Terminal at Chicago O’Hare International Airport and the Northwestern Atrium Center. His extensive project management/design experience also includes the Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia, Ford Field Detroit Lions Arena in Detroit, One Liberty Place in Philadelphia, and in New York City, the New York University School of Law and the World Financial Center and the Winter Garden.
Udom holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Mapúa Institute of Technology in Manila.
