Senior Principal

Michael J. Squarzini has extensive experience in the structural analysis, design and review of a variety of building types, including sports facilities, transportation, commercial, education and healthcare facilities, in both steel and concrete. His responsibilities extend from schematic design through construction administration, utilizing state-of-the-art project delivery methods.

Mike has served as president of the Structural Engineers Association of New York, and was named to the “40 under 40” in 2007 by Building Design & Construction and the 2007 New Principal of the Year Award by the American Council of Engineering Companies. He has taught at Princeton University, Cornell University, and Manhattan College. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College and a master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Minnesota.
