Michael J. Squarzini, P.E., LEED AP
Senior Principal
Mr. Michael J. Squarzini has more than 15 years of experience with the firm with contributions to the structural analysis, design and review of a variety of building types, including sports facilities, transportation, commercial, education and healthcare facilities, in both steel and concrete. He has managed complex projects for the firm, with responsibilities extending through all phases of design and construction, utilizing state-of-the-art project delivery methods.
Mike has served as president of the Structural Engineers Association of New York, and was named to the “40 under 40” in 2007 by Building Design & Construction and the 2007 New Principal of the Year Award by the American Council of Engineering Companies. He has taught at Princeton University, Cornell University, and Manhattan College. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College and a master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Minnesota.
