Senior Principal

Mr. Wayne Stocks has more than 20 years of experience in structural design, project management, and construction administration. He has worked on a wide variety of building types, including educational, commercial and government buildings, healthcare facilities, sports and entertainment venues, long-span structures, and national monuments. Wayne serves as the manager of the Washington, D.C. office. He is an active participant in professional organizations, such as the Structural Engineers Association of Metropolitan Washington, and is the author of numerous articles and publications.

Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University and master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He began his career as a Peace Corps volunteer, designing and constructing aquatic farm structures in Nepal.
