Mr. Mark Coggin has more than 24 years of experience in the design, documentation, and management of structural and construction engineering on commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential projects. He builds collaborative relationships with architects, owners, and contractors on project teams, offering constructive, creative problem solving in all project phases, including construction. Mark specializes in the evaluation and rehabilitation of structures, including historic buildings and monuments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Drexel University.
