Mark Coggin has more than 25 years of experience in the design and management of structural, civil, and construction engineering for commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential facilities. He works with architects, owners, and contractors and offers constructive and creative problem solving techniques at all project phases. His notable recent projects include structural design for the University of Delaware Integrated Science and Engineering Building; forensic investigation of hangar collapses at the Dulles Jet Center near Washington, D.C.; and the U.S. Custom House façade restoration, Philadelphia, Pa. Mark specializes in the evaluation and rehabilitation of structures, including historic buildings and monuments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Drexel University.
