William Lamartina has extensive experience in the design and analysis of steel and concrete structures and is a co-leader of our mission critical market sector. In his 30 years with the firm, he has managed the design of many significant projects, including high- and low-rise commercial, hotel, and telecommunication facilities. His specialty includes design and management of fast-track projects. In addition, Bill’s experience includes fee proposal preparation, project planning, project management, solving complex construction problems, investigating existing structures, and designing repairs for deficient conditions.

Bill is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and New York. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering, from City College of New York and Manhattan College, respectively.
