Richard Panikiewsky has more than 25 years experience in the engineering design of mechanical systems for large capital improvement projects and in project management for multidiscipline design and construction projects, including field engineering services. His responsibilities have included proposal preparation and budgeting, conceptual design and evaluation, specification development, project scheduling, system layout, construction phase services, and overall engineering and project management. Richard has extensive experience providing field engineering services. He has also conducted investigations of existing buildings and mechanical systems, and design and management of remedial repairs for deficient conditions.

He is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and New York. Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
