Glenn G. Thater, P.E., LEED AP

Principal

Mr. Glenn Thater is responsible for developing and supervising multidisciplinary engineering investigations, forensic analyses, renovations and restorations of all scales and complexities. His experience includes projects involving a wide range of conventional building types as well as special structures such as space frames, domes, scaffolds, temporary structures, historic structures and parking structures. Glenn’s responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating and supervising the technical aspects of projects, expert witness and litigation support services, and interaction with architects, attorneys, building, facility and property managers, developers, building owners, co-op and condo boards, and contractors.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Manhattan College, undertook graduate studies in physics and astronomy at the University of Maryland, and has a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland.
