Managing Principal

Emmanuel Velivasakis is the managing principal overseeing our operations in Europe, the Middle East and India. He has more than 35 years of comprehensive structural design experience with materials such as structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, fiber reinforced plastics, timber, precast and pre-stressed concrete and masonry. His wide range of design experience allows him to participate in the design of various project types. He is responsible for supervising a wide range of projects including commercial buildings, educational facilities, houses of worship, parking structures and temporary structures.

His extensive investigation experience includes numerous types of structures with exterior wall problems and structural failures. He has provided expert witness testimonies for cases involving a variety of types of structures, structural failures and construction related claims.

Manny is a licensed professional engineer many U.S. states and Europe and has published numerous papers and articles. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil and structural engineering from the City College of the City University of New York.
