RICHARD J. GRANT, P.E., MCP

Principal & Director of Information Technology

Mr. Richard Grant has been with the firm since 1988, and worked as an engineer on both design and investigation projects. Following his extensive involvement with the firm’s computing systems, as an engineering “consumer” of technology, in 1998 he became director of Information Technology. In his current role he plans, directs and designs operational activities of the IT department, working closely with the CIO and other departments to identify, develop, implement and support technology solutions for the entire organization.

Rich is a Microsoft Certified Professional and an active member of the New York Personal Computer User Group, the New York Exchange User Group, and the New York Enterprise Windows User Group. He is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Cooper Union, where he also did graduate work in civil engineering.
