JOHN FAIRBAIRN

Director of Human Resources

Mr. John Fairbairn has more than 20 years of human resources experience, working in mid-size multioffice firms in the financial services and international conservation fields before joining Thornton Tomasetti in 2005. His responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, training, perfomance management, benefits administration, policy development and legal compliance. John is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. He received a bachelor’s degree in American studies from Middlebury College and a master’s degree in public administration from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University.
