Caroline’s career has always been marked by her use of creative engineering to help advance the owner’s goals and architect’s vision.

Caroline Weiss has more than 30 years of experience in structural design and management for new and renovated buildings. She is skilled in all structure types, including government buildings, corporate campuses, airports, education facilities, historic preservation and healthcare facilities.

Complex Design Expertise
Caroline is performing some of the most complex building design work in New York City as project manager and lead structural engineer for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center David H. Coke Center and the CUNY Hunter College Science and Health Professions Building. She manages high-design public healthcare, aviation-related and other civic projects. She uses her business and LEED technical knowledge to skillfully take projects from conceptual design through construction, employing a discerning approach to schedule and budget.

Outside of Work
Caroline is a sailing enthusiast. She enjoys spending time on the water with her husband and son as well as other family outings.
