Among Darren’s award-winning work with sports stadiums are Yankee Stadium and BOK Center in Oklahoma.

Darren Hartman has more than 20 years of experience managing design projects including negotiating contracts and the daily administration of all structural design aspects, while supervising project engineering design staff. He is the firmwide leader of Thornton Tomasetti’s Construction Engineering practice.

His notable projects include major sports stadiums such as Minnesota Multipurpose Stadium in Minneapolis, MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, Sporting Park in Kansas City, Yankee Stadium in New York City and CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh. Minor League Baseball stadiums in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Midland, Michigan; and Tulsa, Oklahoma, round out his portfolio.

Industry Involvement
While growing the firm’s rapidly expanding construction services, he actively participates in multiple professional organizations. A panelist and speaker at national conferences, he has recently presented at the ENR FutureTech Conference in San Francisco.

Outside of Work
Darren is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast.
