Gary has worked on many New York City historic landmark properties including the Chrysler Building and the Cherokee Apartments on the Upper East Side.

Gary Mancini is the principal in charge of many challenging structural design and investigation projects serving a variety of building types for clients including commercial and residential owners/developers, institutions, attorneys and insurance carriers. With more than 20 years of experience, he has been involved with major structural alterations and rehabilitations, façade evaluations, structural investigations, feasibility studies and forensic analyses. He has also served as an expert witness.

Building Renewal Leader
Gary heads the Renewal practice, which encompasses the repair, rehabilitation and alteration of a building structure, envelope or mechanical system. Gary’s responsibilities include supervising project teams and coordinating the technical and budget aspects of projects.

Over the years, Gary has worked on many New York City landmark properties including the Chrysler Building, Black Rock at 51 West 52nd Street and the Cherokee Apartments on the Upper East Side. He was also a member of the World Trade Center Disaster Response team.
