Robert Treece manages Thornton Tomasetti’s Kansas City, Missouri, office. He joined the firm in 2005 and has 25 years of experience in structural design, including structural analysis and review of a variety of building types. His involvement in all project phases includes complete analysis, development of construction documents including specifications, coordination with trades, and review of contractors’ shop drawings. He also manages coordination with clients, architects and other design team members.

A Diverse Portfolio
During his 10 years at the firm, Robert has worked on an impressive list of sports stadiums, including the new Minnesota Multipurpose Stadium (home of the Vikings), the iconic Yankee Stadium and the New York Jets’ and Giants’ MetLife Stadium. Stepping away from sports for a while, he spent significant time in New Zealand as part of the firm’s earthquake response team in 2011. His portfolio also includes healthcare, commercial and peer review projects.
