Most people don’t expect to build lifelong careers at a firm these days. However, if you build a culture that provides growth opportunities at every step, they will stay and thrive.

As chief human resources officer, Stephanie Kelly is responsible for all plans, programs and policies that deal with or have an impact on our employees. She ensures that the firm’s human resources operation aligns with overall business objectives and reflects the evolving needs of its multi-generational talent around the globe.

Skilled Strategist
During her 30-plus-year career, Stephanie has worked for a range of top-tier companies in the healthcare, professional services, technology, banking and retail industries. She also served as founder and principal of her own HR and change management consulting firm. Stephanie has considerable expertise in talent management, succession planning, compensation, diversity and inclusion, performance management, mergers and acquisitions and business transformation.

Outside of Work
After living on the West Coast and in London, Stephanie and her husband returned to New York City, her hometown, a few years ago. She likes taking long walks around Manhattan, often accompanied by her miniature Australian shepherd. Each winter, Stephanie and her family head to a different ski resort for some quality time on the slopes. Another family tradition is attending the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York. Stephanie volunteers with the Taproot Foundation, an organization that pairs local nonprofits with HR, marketing, technology and finance professionals on a pro bono basis.
