Theresa’s climbing skills are an asset when it comes to daring bridge inspections.

Theresa Fallon specializes in structural design and security projects for the transportation industry. She has nearly 30 years of project management and engineering experience in the New York Metropolitan area. Theresa has worked on bridge design and rehabilitation projects for many agencies, including the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and New York City Department of Transportation. She also served as senior project engineer for the New Jersey Highway Authority.

Security Specialist
Theresa’s work involves all facets of transportation projects, including risk assessment, structural analysis and security designs of countermeasures to mitigate the likelihood and consequence of attack. Theresa conducts detailed threat and vulnerability assessments of high-risk assets and provides overall risk-reduction recommendations. As a bridge designer, she has developed protection strategies to address future maintenance and inspection concerns. Her achievements include providing construction engineering services for the first post-tensioned concrete segmental bridges in New York and New Jersey. Currently, Theresa is project manager and program coordinator for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority’s on-call security design services.

Outside of Work
Theresa enjoys traveling and being outdoors. She is an avid hiker, runner and rock climber.
