As the second-tallest building in Moscow, this 72-story, two-million-square-foot commercial and residential development in the Moscow International Business Center, features a five-story underground parking garage and concourse, connected to MIBC Central Core, which will be home to shopping malls and entertainment facilities. The 1,000-foot (300-meter) tall building is the first high-rise in Russia that utilizes a composite steel/concrete core, composite structural steel/concrete deck floors and steel exterior columns construction. Thornton Tomasetti has provided complete structural engineering services, including Project Phase (SD and DD), Construction Documents and CA phases.
