The scheme proposes to replace an existing slab-like office building on Victoria Street in central London with two new mixed-use buildings that incorporate retail, office space and housing. The project includes two buildings. The West Building with ground plus 12 storeys will have office space from the second floor upwards. The East Building with ground plus 14 storeys will consist exclusively of residential from second floor upwards, housing 102 apartments ranging from studios, to three and four bedroom family flats. The scheme proposes retail frontage at ground and first floors of both buildings.
Sustainability features include photovoltaic panels at the top of roof levels, mixed mode ventilation with opening windows, heat recovery and recycled aluminum windows from the existing building.
