Thornton Tomasetti provided structural design services for this new 39,000-
square-foot, two-story building that houses six courtrooms, judges’
chambers, conference and mediation rooms, an information desk, judicial
support staff, and administrative support functions. The structure consists of
a steel frame, composite concrete floor, and concrete masonry shear walls
supported on a spread footing foundation.
