In an effort to determine the source of water intrusion and resultant damage that was adversely affecting a LEED certified building envelope, Thornton Tomasetti evaluated a “green” roof at the St. Philips Academy in New Jersey on behalf of a major insurance carrier.

Our cause & origin investigation determined whether the roof had been properly installed. Based on our findings, we made recommendations which the architect then instituted.
