Our Tekla modeling of building façade components includes architectural precast, prefabricated panels, curtain wall and metal studs. The addition of these components aids in the coordination between trades and completes a building shell package that is well-coordinated and better defines the interaction between materials and their interface with the structure. Incorporation of the building façade into a single Tekla model allows for a greater understanding of all components and visualization of their interaction with the structure to help resolve potential coordination issues prior to field construction.
