Multihazard Risk Assessment
Risk engineering is the evaluation, quantification, and mitigation of potential damage to a facility resulting from natural or man-made hazards. Using real-world engineering experience and leading edge technology we evaluate the potential for damage, business interruption, and incremental losses that can occur from hurricanes, tornado, earthquakes, floods, blasts, and other hazards. Customized Probable Maximum Loss (PML) studies can help clients quantify their risk and make informed insurance decisions, while mitigation studies can provide practical solutions to reduce the impact of a hazard to a client’s facility.
