Residential
Structural framing for residential use tends to have shorter spans and simpler systems than for commercial space, but are no less challenging. We pioneered the use of flat-plate concrete floors without spandrel beams, a major improvement in reducing construction time and cost that also brings more natural light into living spaces. We continue to push the envelope by re-examining common practices and rules of thumb when designing new apartment houses and dormitories.
