For more than 25 years, we have performed biennial, interim, in-depth, special, emergency and fracture-critical inspections on large, complex bridges and conventional highway bridges for many agencies, including NYSDOT, NYCDOT, MTA B&T, PANY&NJ, and NYSTA. Our goal is to enhance public safety and help our clients make strategic selections of bridges for rehabilitation programs.
We also provide bridge load ratings and develop repair details as conditions warrant. Our inspectors collaborate with our experienced bridge designers to develop effective repair solutions for our clients. Our team has inspected more than 1,500 bridges and 10,000 spans in the five boroughs of New York City.
We are first responders to common emergency situations, such as truck-on-bridge impacts, deck failures and condition issues reported by the public. Our inspection team has also provided special inspection services for bridges after lessons learned from natural disasters such as Hurricanes Irene and Sandy, the 2011 earthquake in New York, and the I-35W bridge collapse in Minneapolis.
