Thornton Tomasetti, the international engineering consultancy behind the new US Embassy in London, has acquired U.K.-based security consultancy MFD, comprising MFD International and MFD Security, in a deal that will strengthen Thornton Tomasetti’s existing expertise in protective design and security services.
