Joel Velazquez

Joel Velazquez has decades of experience in blast analysis, design and investigation of buildings and enclosures for public and private sector clients. His work includes new and retrofit design, master planning, vulnerability assessments, feasibility studies and specialty engineering services. Joel has been involved in projects for more than two dozen U.S. embassies worldwide, as well as large hostile vehicle mitigation projects.
