Overview
Located in Chicago’s Lakeshore East neighborhood, a new pair of glassy towers further transform the city’s skyline. The lakefront residential towers rise 38 and 46 stories and feature retail space, outdoor walkways and a massive outdoor stair connecting the residences to the Lake Michigan waterfront.
We provided structural design services to bKL Architecture for the towers, which opened in 2021.
Highlights
- The 444,000-square-foot and 536,000-square foot reinforced concrete towers are linked by a five-level 245,000-square-foot parking podium.
- The development includes a total of 1,700 residential units.
