In 2025, 513 employees used paid work time to contribute their time and skills to local organizations, students, and communities in need.

26% of employees engaged in the Community Service Program

In 2025, 513 employees used paid work time to contribute their time and skills to local organizations, students, and communities in need. At Thornton Tomasetti, we put social responsibility into practice by supporting our employees’ passion for community service. This year, our people participated in our core service programs and, through our Volunteer Days program, assisted a wide range of charities near our offices. We continue to make progress toward our 2030 target of engaging 30% or more of employees in community service through the Thornton Tomasetti Gives Back program.
