Nick Tomasetti draws on extensive architecture and AEC industry experience to support our forensics and investigations efforts, with a focus on building envelope and structural failures in residential and commercial properties. His background as a design architect for custom single-family residences and large-scale commercial developments gives him insight into how design and construction decisions affect building performance.

As a member of our Forensics and Investigations practice, he performs turnover condition assessments, evaluates moisture intrusion and building envelope performance, and investigates construction claims and defects for owners, insurers, and legal teams. His work also includes professional standard-of-care reviews, liability evaluations, and property claim matters across a range of building types.
