Paulo’s broad project delivery experience – including contractor-led design-build projects, traditional architect-led design teams, and on-site roles as a contractor design engineer – gives him a strong understanding of delivery and construction challenges, which help him create best-for-project outcomes.

Paulo has worked on major projects in healthcare, high-rise buildings, airport and railway infrastructure, large mixed-use commercial and residential developments, and prominent cultural facilities. He maintains strong industry relationships across the U.K., Europe, and MENA and thrives on collaborating with international designers and contractors to deliver technically demanding projects that require resolution of complex design and construction challenges.
