Roger Weld has an extensive background in all phases of transportation and public space design. As team leader for the civil engineering group, he is responsible for new construction and modernization projects involving highways, streets, placemaking, bus transit, bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure, vehicle swept path analysis, site grading and drainage, and utility integration.
