His strong technical background and management skills enable him to deliver projects on time and under budget. Umakant’s portfolio includes the structural design of numerous research and medical projects including the Millennium Science Complex at Pennsylvania State University in University Park, the 500,000-square-foot University of Pennsylvania Health System’s Ruth and Raymond Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine in Philadelphia, and the award-winning Howard Hughes Medical Institute’s Janelia Research Campus in Virginia.
