Oceanwide Center in San Francisco consists of two million square feet with residential units, a hotel, commercial office space and retail space. The two towers - one 850 feet in height and the other 605 feet - is being constructed over a unique public open space referred to as the Urban Room, which reaches five stories in height.
We provided providing LEED and sustainability consulting to Foster+Partners for both towers, which are on track to be complete in 2021.
- This project includes a LEED Master Site designation and is targeting two individual LEED Platinum high-rise certifications.
- The scope includes a number of sustainability strategies including under floor air distribution, a grey water recycling system that will save up to 70 percent of potable water, regenerative elevators with advanced controls and numerous design strategies to collect and treat stormwater onsite.
- We are facilitating the LEED certification process including coordinating with the owner and the design team, providing technical guidance, managing the LEED Online documentation, and managing quality assurance related to the LEED process.
