Christopher Delaney has decades of experience in HVAC engineering and project management. He has designed and specified mechanical systems for a range of facilities, including educational, residential, office, commercial, hospitals and laboratories. In addition to being an expert in complex systems designed to cool, heat and ventilate new spaces, he is well versed in HVAC design for major commercial renovations. Christopher’s broad knowledge of building systems stems from having served as the engineer of record for a wide variety of MEP design projects as well as overseeing mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades on projects throughout the New York metro area. Christopher is also experienced in performing condition assessments; preparing commissioning reports to confirm that systems are performing according to contract documents; providing guidance for improving underperforming elements; and building code analysis.
