He analyzes the causes of structural and enclosure failures; assesses damage related to wind, flood, and settlement; evaluates stability; designs make-safe remediation measures for damaged buildings; and evaluates and remediates construction defects. He also provides construction and demolition support, as well as design and renovation services. Damian has experience with diverse structural systems, including pre-engineered metal buildings, open-web steel-joist floor and roof systems, historic masonry bearing-wall structures, institutional facilities, and mid- and high-rise office towers.
