Vice President

Ken Griffin specializes in building energy performance analysis and building science, partnering with clients to design sustainable buildings across global markets. He applies building envelope performance analysis, daylighting and thermal comfort studies, parametric energy modeling, and CFD simulations to optimize building performance and inform design decisions. Ken’s work also includes HVAC efficiency, data center power usage effectiveness (PUE) optimization, building-integrated renewable technologies, electrification, decarbonization, urban-scale sustainability roadmaps, energy audits, and existing building retrofits. He supports energy code compliance, LEED energy modeling, life cycle assessment and net-zero certification efforts to deliver low-carbon, resilient, and energy-efficient buildings.
