Our whole building life-cycle assessment (LCA) experts recognize the links between the building materials we use and how our buildings impact the environment. By evaluating the environmental impact of these materials from their extraction through their disposal, we help you understand the overall embodied carbon of your building and how it compares with material durability. We also help you understand the impacts of operational carbon resulting from ongoing maintenance, repair and replacement, as well as emissions associated with HVAC and lighting. Our LCA team is composed of structural engineers, façade engineers and sustainability consultants.
