Our whole building life-cycle assessment (LCA) experts recognize the clear links between the building materials we use and how our buildings impact the environment. By evaluating the environmental impact of building materials from their extraction through their disposal, we help you understand the overall embodied carbon of your building, and how it compares with material durability. Our LCA team is composed of structural engineers, façade engineers and sustainability consultants. This cross-practice collaboration allows you to leverage our broad expertise to develop a comprehensive, thoughtful solution for the following areas:

  • BREEAM LCA Benchmark and BREEAM Compliant LCA
  • LEED v4 Compliant LCA
  • Living Building Challenge Compliant LCA
  • Embodied-carbon analysis
  • Low-impact materials consulting
  • Whole building life cycle assessment
