Lam T. Pang specializes in sustainable building design at Thornton Tomasetti, with a focus on energy, carbon, and water performance for projects across the U.S. and Canada. He provides sustainability consulting, whole-building energy modeling, and high-performance building envelope services that help clients pursue carbon-neutral and net zero energy goals while improving occupant comfort and resilience. Lam uses energy code compliance analysis and parametric studies to optimize façade, lighting, plug load, and HVAC strategies for education, research, and institutional facilities. He works closely with design teams and contractors to identify and implement energy conservation measures, evaluate low-carbon design options, and align projects with LEED certification and other sustainability benchmarks.
