Lauana Lins has considerable experience leading renewal projects in the New York metropolitan area. Her work includes the investigation, analysis and repair of building envelopes and roofing systems as well as providing historic preservation and New York City Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) services. She assists a variety of clients, such as commercial and residential property owners and managers, developers and local agencies, including the New York City Department of Design and Construction. Whether it’s the façade assessment of condominium tower or roof replacement at a landmark cathedral, Lauana partners with stakeholders to develop solutions that address both immediate and long-term goals. After working closely with clients to determine the project’s scope, she presents the various options, sets priorities and establishes a plan for execution. She coordinates with other project partners to ensure that schedule and budget requirements are met.

There’s nothing Lauana likes better than working from a hanging scaffold. A fondness for heights was one of the things that drew her into the architecture profession.
