A structural engineer with more than two decades of experience, Todd Neal specializes in the design of parking structures and fabrication of precast/prestressed concrete garages, building components and architectural precast concrete. He provides clients with expertise in construction management, structural testing and administration of special inspection programs in accordance with IBC Codes. With extensive experience in designing concrete structures, Todd has worked on numerous new parking garage projects as well as the repair and maintenance of these facilities. Key projects include the 1,000-car addition to the Portland International Jetport, the 575-car Westbrook Parking Garage, 84 Marginal Way Parking Garage and Medical Office Building in Portland, and the 2,500-car garage at the Maine Medical Center, which is currently under construction in Portland.
