Project Details
To be located on the former site of the Tropicana Las Vegas on the iconic Las Vegas Strip, Bally's Integrated Resort, Las Vegas, will be an entertainment resort destination spanning a 26-acre campus. It will include the new Las Vegas Athletics Major League Baseball ballpark, as well as two luxury hotel towers with a total of 3,000 rooms, an entertainment venue with a seating capacity of 2,500 and more than 500,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment offerings.
We are providing structural design services to Marnell Howryla Architecture for the project, which aims to deliver an immersive experience that will serve both international travelers and regional baseball fans.
