Overview

The Veer Towers in Las Vegas is composed of two 37-story high-rise condominium towers inclined at opposing five-degree angles, rising from the Crystals CityCenter retail and entertainment district.

In collaboration with CTG Energetics, we provided LEED consulting services to Jahn for the residential towers.

Highlights

  • The building includes a 6,000-square-foot roof-top sun deck, yellow checkerboard sunscreen shades and low-ultraviolet high-efficiency curtain wall on the east, south and western façades limiting solar gain and providing privacy.

  • The silhouetted glass high-end condominium towers are composed of 335 residences and feature modern spaces ranging from 500 to 3,300 square feet.

  • Atop each tower are amenities and a recreation floor with an infinity edge pool, patio for outdoor entertaining and fitness center that overlook Las Vegas.

  • Water saving fixtures installed are estimated to save over 3.4 million gallons of water annually, reducing consumption by 33% from a standard code building.

  • Energy conservation measures and a combined heat and power plant are expected to produce 38% energy savings over the ASHRAE 90.1 2004 standard.
