Overview
Located in a 2,000-acre master-planned community, the Houston CityPlace Marriott Hotel is Springwood Village’s first full-service hotel. The 10-story hotel includes 339 hotel rooms, conference center meeting space, ballrooms, outdoor event area and a 299-space precast parking garage. Guests also have immediate access to nearby parks and trails, including the 150-acre Springwoods Village Nature Preserve.
We provided structural engineering to Gensler for the hotel, which opened in 2018.
