New York, New York
A tulip-shaped high rise will transform Miami's skyline and provide the downtown area with a new space for luxury living.
A tulip is blooming in downtown Miami in the form of a 73-story, 893-foot-tall condominium-hotel, which will soon alter individuals' view of downtown Miami. Designed to resemble a tulip, the tower will consist of 31 residential levels, 13 floors for hotel use, five levels of office space, eight levels of parking, and amenities that include a rooftop pool and outdoor lounge area. The building is within walking distance from museums, art centers and transportation options.
We are providing structural design to Behar Font & Partners to support the building's height and expanded floor area, as well as minimize reinforcement congestion and wall thicknesses.
