Comprising two glazed mixed-use towers located along the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, Riverwalk offers luxury residential units, retail, parking and a landscaped plaza. Amenities include rooftop terraces, infinity pool, fitness center, resident lounge, office space and an outdoor lounge and kitchen.
We provided structural design services to Gensler for the two towers, which occupy an entire city block bound by SEPTA commuter rail lines and CSX rail lines. Premise D consists of a 140,000-square-foot podium with parking, and a 340,000-square-foot residential tower above. Premise E consists of a 260,000-square-foot podium with parking and retail. Above the podium is a 273,000-square-foot residential tower extending 310 feet above grade.
