Mark Cogginhas more than three decades of experience in forensic investigation and the design and management of structural and construction engineering projects. Working in collaboration with architects, owners and builders, he offers constructive and creative-problem solving techniques during all phases of a project. Mark specializes in the evaluation and rehabilitation of structures, including historic buildings and monuments, and provides litigation support services. His design work includes commercial, institutional, industrial and residential facilities. Among his notable Philadelphia projects are Comcast Technology Center, which is the tallest building in the U.S.outside of Manhattan and Chicago, the Cesar Pelli-designed EVO and FMC Towers at Cira Centre South and the Schuylkill Avenue expansion at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
