Overview
The Uptown Dubai consists of seven high-rise buildings, including a new supertall addition to the busy Dubai skyline. There's a five-level above grade and two-level below grade podium structure over the entire site. Tower 1 will include high-end restaurants, office, residences, a spa, and a luxury hotel.
We provided structural design services to Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill for the development, which opened in 2022.
Highlights
- Tower 1 has a height over 700-meters and houses commercial class A office space.
- Tower 2 which is currently under construction is 340-meters height and is mixed-use building, housing commercial class A office space, residential zones and a hotel.
