Jordan Komp, who leads the firm’s Milwaukee office, is skilled in the design and analysis of new buildings, renovations and project management. His expertise ranges from top-down construction and project delivery methods to performance-based design and mass timber construction. Jordan is a certified tall mass timber buildings special inspector and an International Code Council building safety professional member. Since joining Thornton Tomasetti in 2010, Jordan has worked on several high-profile projects in the U.S. and around the globe. These include the 1-kilometer-tall Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia, renovations to Chicago’s historic Wrigley Field and Akhmat Tower in Grozny, Russia. Among the local projects in his portfolio are the 44-story Couture Tower, mass timber skyscraper Ascent, repeat work at Major League Baseball’s American Family Field, and retrofits at Harley Davidson’s Milwaukee headquarters.

Jordan is committed to supporting the next generation of engineers. He helped establish ACE Mentor Program’s Milwaukee chapter and currently sits on its board.
